Our Methods

We bridge the gap between the "soft skills" required on the HOA side and the "hard skills" required on the construction side.

We work with ASSOCIATIONS…

◙ To insure that all parties receive a prompt, courteous and professional response to their inquiries, and the high level of service they deserve.

◙ To represent the interests of the Association by identifying and correcting problems quickly, thus giving Boards and ARC Committees added credibility.

◙ To provide uniform and consistent record keeping of lot files, plan submittals, fee & deposit payments, correspondence, color boards and meeting minutes.

◙ By performing regular inspections and producing accurate, informative status reports on the progress of every plan submittal and every construction project.

We work with HOMEOWNERS…

◙ So that wasted time becomes productive time, frustration is replaced with action and the project stays on track.

◙ To provide a primary point of contact for all aspects of the plan approval and construction compliance process.

◙ To assist in providing clarity, if issues of interpretation arise regarding the governing documents, the design guidelines or the design review process.

◙ To instill confidence in the process by bringing decades of custom home design review experience to the table.

We work with DEVELOPERS & BUILDERS…

To accelerate the plan approval process by retaining multiple licensed, reviewing architects, all of whom have signed written Fee Agreements to guarantee that every plan submittal is reviewed within 10 days of receipt.

◙ To assist with the technical aspects of each project and work with each builder to coordinate the “paper chase” of documents they are required to obtain.

◙ To effectively address obstacles before they become roadblocks. On-site meetings can be called at a moment’s notice, to iron out issues such as encroachments, variances, drainage problems, or even unhappy neighbors.

◙ By enforcing Builder Regulations during construction, in a respectful, objective and consistent manner.

“As a developer, I can eliminate my “conflict of interest” exposure by utilizing Design Review Administrators as a neutral third party. Grant anticipates the needs of the client and is quick to follow through on assignments.”
Bob Schwartz – Developer, Estates @ Starr Pass / Tucson, AZ
